Process of Document Review

Many documents in our everyday life have complicated legal jargon which is hard to grasp. Getting your documents reviewed before you sign them will make sure that the content is exactly what you agreed upon. Documents that we can review include, but are not limited to, agreements of purchase and sale, status certificates, commercial lease agreements and other business contracts.

01. Onboarding Meeting

Once you have the documents to be reviewed ready, you can start looking for a lawyer to retain for document review. During our onboarding meeting, we discuss every step of the deal to ensure that everything is completed up to your standard.

02. Review and Consultation Meeting

Upon completion of the review, we will meet with you to discuss our findings. Should any corrections be required, we will request them from the party who prepared the document.
